Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LemoNode website, applications, and VPN service (together, the “Service”), operated by Lemonode LLC (“Lemonode”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing the app, connecting through the Service, or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.The Service

LemoNode is a VPN service. The app creates an encrypted tunnel between your device and a VPN server that we operate (directly or through our infrastructure providers), and routes your internet traffic through it. You choose a location in the app, or let the app pick the fastest one for you. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use on the device on which the app is installed.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located, and you agree to use it in accordance with the laws and regulations of your country.

3.Free Period

Every device receives a free period of access (currently 12 hours) starting from the first launch of the app. The free period is granted once per device, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. When it ends, continued access requires a paid subscription period.

4.Subscriptions & Payments

• Access is sold as a prepaid period (for example one, six, or twelve months). Prices and periods are shown in the app at the point of purchase.
• A purchased period is added to any period still remaining on the same device, so paying early never shortens your access.
• No automatic renewal. Nothing is charged after the period you paid for; to continue, you buy a new period. You are under no long-term commitment.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of those providers is subject to their terms. We receive a confirmation of the transaction; we do not store your card details.
• Access is tied to the device on which the payment was made.

5.Refunds

Because the Service provides immediate digital access, paid periods are generally non-refundable once they have started. If the Service is materially unavailable to you and we are unable to resolve the issue, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

6.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• Send spam, distribute malware, or conduct network attacks (including scanning, flooding, or intrusion attempts);
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, our servers, or other users;
• Share your access with others, or resell, sublicense, or provide commercial access to the Service without our written permission;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates this section.

7.Availability & Changes

We work to keep the Service available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Server locations, capacity, and protocols may change; we may add, replace, or retire servers at any time. Your connection also depends on your own network, your internet provider, and any restrictions applied by networks or authorities in your country — all outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8.Privacy

We do not log the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, or your DNS queries. What we collect to run the Service, and why, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemonode LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11.Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 9–12) will survive.

12.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
