Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Lemonode app, website, and service (the “Service”), operated by Lemonode LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.The Service

The app creates an encrypted tunnel between your device and a server we operate, and routes your internet traffic through it. You pick a location, or let the app pick the fastest one. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use on the device where the app is installed.

2.Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for using the Service lawfully where you are.

3.Access

The Service is free. There is no account, no subscription, and nothing to buy in the app. We may limit, change, or withdraw access at any time, for example to protect the Service or other users.

4.Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to break the law or the rights of others, to send spam, distribute malware, or attack networks (scanning, flooding, intrusion), to disrupt the Service or other users, to resell or share your access, or to circumvent usage limits or these Terms. We may suspend access we reasonably believe breaches this section.

5.Availability

We work to keep the Service fast and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Server locations, capacity, and protocols may change at any time. Your connection also depends on your own network and provider, which are outside our control.

6.Privacy

We do not log the sites you visit, your DNS queries, the content of your traffic, or your IP address. We store nothing about you: see our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7.Warranties & Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemonode LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the three (3) months before it.

8.Termination

You can stop at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Section 8 survives termination.

9.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts of New Mexico, to the extent applicable law allows.

10.Changes & Contact
