Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LemoNode website, applications, and services (together, the “Service”), operated by Lemonode LLC (“Lemonode”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using an access key, connecting through the Service, or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.The Service

LemoNode is a VPN client and configuration tool — a configurator, not a VPN provider. Lemonode LLC does not operate VPN servers and does not itself provide network access, bandwidth, or exit points. You supply an access key or VPN configuration that you already hold; LemoNode configures the connection on your device; your traffic then travels to the endpoint defined by your own configuration. We are not an intermediary in that traffic.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.

3.Access Keys

• An access key is your personal credential to connect through the Service. It is issued to you and is non-transferable and for your own use.
• Keep your access key confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your key.
• The endpoint your key or configuration points to is yours. Its availability, performance, capacity, and lawfulness are outside our control and remain your responsibility.
• An access key does not grant ownership of any hardware, nor any right to network access from us; it is a credential used with the client software.

4.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• Send spam, distribute malware, or conduct network attacks (including scanning, flooding, or intrusion attempts);
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, our systems, or other users;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide commercial access to the Service without our written permission;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates this section.

5.Payments & Renewals

Access keys are offered for a defined term. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of those providers is subject to their terms. Unless stated otherwise, access does not automatically renew, and you are under no long-term commitment.

6.Refunds

Because the Service provides immediate digital access, access keys are generally non-refundable once activated. If the Service is materially unavailable and we are unable to resolve the issue, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

7.Availability & Changes

We work to keep the client available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Because we operate no servers, the availability and speed of your connection depend on the endpoint in your own configuration, your local network, and third-party infrastructure — all outside our control.

8.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemonode LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10.Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 8–11) will survive.

11.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
